We are looking for LEGAL SECRETARY / PARALEGAL (commercial team) - 2 vacancies – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
Provide support for 2 lawyers in Commercial Team
Prepare documentation in Commercial Team
Coordinate with internal departments & external parties
Diploma/Certificate in Legal Studies is an advantage
Over 2-3 years work experience in legal firm
Experience in commercial team is a plus
Proficient in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese typing
5 days work : Mon to Fri 9:30am - 6:00pm
Annual leave : 12 days
