Customer Service Officer [Pakistan]


 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Answering calls from customers and addressing their inquiries.

2. Providing information on banking products and services.

3. Assisting customers with transactions and account-related issues.

4. Providing support for online banking and mobile app use.

5. Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions to their problems.

6. Cross-selling banking products and services to customers.

7. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

8. Meeting performance targets set by the bank.

9. Adhering to bank policies and procedures.

10. Collaborating with other bank departments to provide seamless customer service.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree.

2. Max age 32 years.

3. Rotational shifts including morning, evening, and night shifts.

4. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.

Salary and Benefits:

· Basic salary range of 26k-28k per month.

· Incentives of up to 20k per month based on performance.

· Saturday allowance will be provided.

· Additional benefits include medical and life insurance, gratuity fund, and annual leaves.

Location:

The job is located in Gulberg Lahore and is only open to candidates located in Lahore.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs26,000.00 - Rs28,000.00 per month
