  • Manage a team of creator managers across different categories in e-commerce. Provide strategic directions and guidance to the team to drive results
  • Own end-to-end talent management; from hiring, onboarding, career development and retention as well as building inclusive culture & team belongingness
  • Familiar with either E-commerce, Creator Management, & Content Creation by identifying key trends of products, contents, or community best practices. Music background is a huge plus.
  • Source and acquire creators at scale to support e-commerce content - Identify room for improvement in tooling, SOPs and support for creators who are willing to create E-Commerce content on TikTok platform
  • Lead the program development to help provide ongoing 1on1 / group support and training to creators to improve their E-commerce performance including short videos and livestreams, and study key attributes of successful cases; Building programs/courses/trainings/data analysis to creators in line with global policies and local strategy
  • Help the team devise 360 communication strategies including (promotional material development or projects for creator growth and development in collaboration with product team as well as data analyst
  • Design, initiate, incubate Community Programs based on current situation to elevate engagement with Creator and help them increase their e-commerce transaction
  • Formulate strategic recommendation based on quantitative insights & analysis
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
  • English proficiency and Thai language proficiency
Preferred qualification
  • Min 3-5 years of people management experience
  • Experience developing & incubating new program offerings
  • KOL/ influencer management/ affiliate marketing experience is a plus
