Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable products or services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products or services.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service delivery.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports to provide insights into sales trends and performance.
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Increase monthly sales revenue
- Knowledge in cosmetics will be an added advantage
- Microsoft Office Skills.
- Ability to work in a team
- Arabic language is a plus
- Must be locally available with valid QID and NOC
- Can start immediately
- 2-5 years proven work experience in a similar capacity.
